A journey through the heart of Central Europe, starting from the imperial halls of Vienna. Here, the highlight was the Belvedere Museum, where the golden sparkle of Gustav Klimt’s The Kiss is even more mesmerizing in person. From the capital, we traveled west to Salzburg, Mozart’s baroque birthplace, where the Hohensalzburg Fortress watches over the winding Salzach River. In the Alps, Innsbruck welcomed us with its jagged mountain skyline that seems to touch the city streets. Finally, we explored the terracotta roofs of Graz, a gem where Renaissance courtyards meet futuristic architecture.
